In the event that vital interests of the person concerned or any other natural person require the processing of personal data, Art. 6 para. 1 lit. d DSGVO serves as the legal basis.
If processing is necessary to safeguard the legitimate interests of our company or a third party, and if the interests, fundamental rights, and freedoms of the person concerned do not predominate the first mentioned interest, Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f DSGVO serves as a legal basis for processing.
(c) Data deletion and storage period
Personal data of the person concerned will be deleted or blocked as soon as the purpose of the storage does no longer apply. In addition, such storage may be provided by the European or national legislator in EU regulations, laws or other regulations to which the controller is subject to. Storage into log files is done to ensure the functionality of the website. In addition, the data is used to optimize the website and to ensure the security of our information technology systems. An evaluation of the data for marketing purposes does not take place in this context.
For these purposes, our legitimate interest lies in the processing of data according to Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f DSGVO.
(d) Duration of storage
The data will be deleted as soon as they are no longer needed for the purpose of collecting them. This occurs when collecting the data for providing the website; when the respective session is completed.

The other personal data processed during the sending process serve to prevent misuse of the entry form and to ensure the security of our information technology systems.
(d) Duration of storage
The data will be deleted as soon as it is no longer needed for the purpose of its collection. For the personal data from the input form of the contact form and those sent by email; this is the case, when the respective conversation with the user has ended. The conversation has ended, when it can be concluded from circumstances that the relevant issues have been completely resolved.
The additional personal data collected during the sending process will also be deleted when the issues have been completely resolved.
(e) Objection and options of removal
The user has the option at any time to revoke his consent concerning the processing of personal data. If the user contacts us by email, he may object to the storage of his personal data at any time. In such a case, the conversation cannot be continued.
The revocation of the consent and the opposition to the storage is made possible by sending an email.
All personal data stored in the course of contacting will be deleted in this case.

Our website uses direct links to various social networks ("Facebook", "YouTube").
